An eccentric law enforcement officer from Atlantic City, Rick Santoro, has always taken a responsible approach to performing professional duties. One day he managed to get a ticket to a long-awaited boxing match, which will be held in a large hall at a popular casino. In the lobby, the policeman met with his old friend Kevin Dunn. A friend provides protection to the Secretary of Defense of the United States of America, who also decided to watch the match.

In the midst of a confrontation between two boxers, an unknown killer kills an influential politician. As a result of a nightmarish incident, law enforcement officers who were in the building blocked all exits. The main character decides to lead the investigation. He will have to find a ruthless killer among fourteen thousand fans. Engaged in investigative activities, Rick soon finds himself on the verge of uncovering a well-organized conspiracy...
